The BMC (Best Managed Companies) recognizes companies that have distinguished themselves in terms of performance, the ability to pursue excellence in all aspects of business management, and seizing opportunities arising from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRP). Companies were analyzed based on (i) corporate strategy, (ii) skills and innovation, (iii) corporate commitment and culture, (iv) governance and performance measurement, (v) corporate social responsibility, and (vi) internationalization.

Sergio Muratori Casali, CEO of Doxee, commented: “We are honored to be included among the companies representing the best in Italian entrepreneurial excellence recognized by Deloitte Private. This award encapsulates the core aspects of Doxee’s daily mission: our commitment to sustainability, which is a core value that permeates every aspect of our operations; our passion for supporting customers through the crucial moments of digital transformation; and our continuous research and adoption of technological innovation“.

Now in its sixth year, the award is not only a recognition for excellence in Italian entrepreneurship for what has already been achieved but a true multi-year growth program where participating organizations are supported by experts from Deloitte in a path that iteratively stimulates their development and strengthening for fundamental parameters of success for the Award that are also crucial for managing a business. Such a path becomes virtuous and long-lasting, as witnessed by the fact that more than 80% of the companies have won the award multiple times, while as many as 7 organizations are in their sixth consecutive year of the Award,” said Ernesto Lanzillo, Partner, Deloitte Private Leader and Partner at Deloitte Central Mediterranean.

In this sixth edition, as many as 79 Italian companies won the BMC Award thanks to excellent managerial skills in a complex international scenario,” says Andrea Restelli, Partner at Deloitte and Italy manager of the Best Managed Companies program. “Today, organizations and their leaders must be increasingly ready to overcome the many challenges and continue to be competitive and attractive in the market, leveraging the right resources, skills, and investments, while paying close attention to talent inside the organization” adds Restelli.
