The Data Controller is Doxee. – Via Virgilio 48/B, 41123 Modena. Doxee has appointed its own Data Protection Officer (DPO) who can be contacted by email at dpo@doxee.com.
Purposes of the processing
The data is processed only to perform the service you have requested (e.g. send material, subscribe to the webinar, contact you for a demo). With your consent, the data is processed in order to carry out the profiling necessary to offer materials based on your interest or services that meet your needs, and to contact you over the phone.

Acquire information about the data subject and associate it with that provided directly in order to carry out the necessary profiling to propose materials of interest or to contact him to propose the Doxee services that best suit his needs.

Retention Period Data are retained for 24 months after the user’s last contact.
In the event of disputes and litigation, Personal Data may be retained by Doxee for a period longer than that indicated above, i.e. for the prescriptive term provided for by law for the protection of related rights, subject in any case to longer retention periods provided for by specific industry regulations (including the provisions of Article 2946 Civil Code).
Data recipients Data may be disclosed:
- To those persons (e.g. administrative, judicial, supervisory and control authorities) to whom such communication must be made in fulfilment of an obligation laid by law, regulation or EU legislation;
- Third parties, service providers appointed as data processors and following specific instructions.
Individual belonging to the following categories may becaome aware of your data, in their capacity as persons authorised to process personal data, with regard to the data necessary for the performance of the tasks assigned to them: employees of the Data Controller, trainees, consultants and employees of external companies appointed as data processors.
Profiling
The data provided by the user and acquired through cookies and site navigation are used for profiling purposes.
Purpose and logic of Profing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of assessing the user’s interest in the proposed materials and services of Doxee in order to contact the user directly only in cases where it is confirmed.
Transfer of personal data outside the European Union
Doxee uses a number of data management platforms (HubSpot e Salesforce) that reside in the United States and to which third parties from outside the EU may also have access for the provision of related services.
Adequate Safeguards The transfer of data is guaranteed in accordance with Chapter V of the EU Regulation by the cocnlusion of a data protection agreement between the providers HubSpot and Salesforce and Doxee that incorporates Standard Contractual Clauses required by the European Commission.

Rights of the data subject
In order to exercise his/her rights, the data subject may write to the email address dataprotection@doxee.com or, alternatively, he/she may contact the Data Protection Officer by writing to the email address dpo@doxee.com.
The interested party has the right to object at any time to the sending of promotional communications by email through the subscription management page, which can be reached through the “Unsubscribe” link present in every email communication sent by Doxee.
Should you find that your Data is being processed in breach of the law, you always have the right to lodge a complaint with the national Data Protection Authority, in particular in the state of your habitual residence (in Italiy www.garanteprivacy.it), or in any other EU or EEA conuntry.
Changes and updates
Doxee reserves the right to change the content of this privacy policy, even in the face of changes in the law, and in the event of such changes shall promptly inform the person concerned.
