Certifications

• Doxee has adopted SGSI (Sistema di Gestione per la Sicurezza delle Informazioni), an Information Security Management System, where it is certified for ISO/IEC 27001 for “Design, supply, installation, development, and implementation of solutions and for the provision of services managed in SaaS and PaaS mode in the field of Customer Communications Management, Customer Experience Management, Electronic Invoicing, Standard Digital Storage, and Long Term Storage”. Doxee has also achieved certification of ISO/IEC 27017 e 27018. This certification is mandatory by the legislation about the AgID qualification for digital preservation services

• Doxee has adopted the Quality Management System (Sistema di Gestione Qualità) where it is certified under CSQ – ISO 9001 for “Design, supply, installation, development, and implementation of solutions and for the provision of services managed in SaaS and PaaS mode in the field of Customer Communications Management, Customer Experience Management, Electronic Invoicing, Standard Digital Storage, and Long Term Storage. This certification is mandatory by the legislation about the AgID qualification for digital preservation services.

• Doxee has adopted the Environmental Management System (Sistema di Gestione Ambientale) CSQ- ISO 14001:2015 for the following activities: “Design, supply, installation, development and implementation of services managed with own or Cloud infrastructure in SaaS, BPaaS and PaaS mode in the field of Customer Communications Management, Customer Experience Management, Electronic Invoicing, Standard Digital Storage, and Long Term Storage. This certification is not required by law. It is an international standard of a voluntary nature, applicable to any type of public or private organization, which specifies the requirements of an environmental management system. It is an additional certification choice by Doxee.

• Doxee has adopted the Anti-bribery Management System (Sistema di Gestione per la Prevenzione della Corruzione) CSQ- ISO 37001:2016 for the following activities: “Design, supply, installation, development and implementation of services managed with own or Cloud infrastructure in SaaS, BPaaS and PaaS mode in the field of Customer Communications Management, Customer Experience Management, Electronic Invoicing, Standard Digital Storage, and Long Term Storage also through business associates over which the organization has control through participationin the capital”.This certification is not required by law. It is an international standard of a voluntary nature, applicable to any type of public or private organization, which specifies the requirements of a management system for the prevention of corruption. It is an additional certification choice by Doxee, attesting a commitment to the fight against corruption, spreading a culture of integrity and transparency.

• Doxee has achieved Access Point Provider certification through the PEPPOL channel. Doxee manges the procedures for receiving and sending orders to and from the NSO (Nodo Smistamento Ordini) for Italian and European Public Administrations, in full compliance with regulations. Doxee operates as an intermediary through the PEPPOL communication channel, assuming the roles of Access Point (AP) and Service Metadata Publisher (SMP), accredited both on AgID (Peppol Authority for Italy) and on the NSO.

• B Corp Certification: B Corp certification is dedicated to organizations committed to an inclusive, equitable and regenerative economic system, confirming their commitment to improving their impact on the environment and towards their stakeholders. Doxee achieved B Corp certification after completing the rigorous B Impact Assessment that evaluates the impact of both operations and business model, meeting all required standards in the areas of Governance, Workers, Community, Environment, and Customer.
