Doxee will sponsor Water Sector Working Group 2022 with IKN Italy

Doxee will take part as a sponsor in the Working Group  “Water Sector Working Group” on May 17, 2022, the meeting that brings together managers, ATOs, and legal experts to discuss solutions and best practices in response to the needs of the water sector.

Organized by IKN Italy – Institute of Knowledge & Networking, the event will take place online in the format of a working group. Participants will have the unique opportunity to meet colleagues who face the same daily challenges and discuss the practical and operational aspects of their roles in a single day.

At 12:30 p.m., Francesco Compiani, Doxee Product Manager ix, will present “How personalized digital customer experience improves soft collection processes and the customer relationship.” In this session, he will join Luca Ottolini, of IREN Mercato to present Doxee’s experience with Gruppo Iren.

The talk will focus on creating a valuable Customer Journey using innovative tools, such as personalized video and interactive micro-sites. Our interactive experience product line allows you to transform communication into conversations that help you get to know your customers better and offer them the content, products, and services they really want, and build strong, lasting relationships. This is because content personalization and interactive features represent a critical success factor, involving the customer with content that is always relevant to him and allowing immediate interaction. In turn, this improves results in terms of engagement and loyalty and it significantly decreases customer churn.

Join the Working Group to:

  • discuss the strategic and operational choices for REMSI compliance
  • share experiences and best practices through informal and direct interaction with other colleagues in the sector on the operational process of credit recovery
  • ask questions with the goal of identifying and sharing possible solutions to critical everyday operational issues in terms of limitations and suspension of users
  • Update you on new technologies and solutions on the market to digitize, streamline, and speed up the management of past due accounts
