Doxee sponsored E-Invoicing Exchange 2021, the Summit dedicated to E-Invoicing and E-Billing processes.

The event, held in Vienna from September 27 to 29, 2021, focused on the current and future global challenges for e-invoicing and e-reporting, the existing IT solutions available, and the complexity and sustainability necessary to develop and maintain requirements.

Francesco Goldoni, Product Manager of Doxee paperless experience, talked about how technology can help transform e-invoices into an engaging moment for customers, preventing complaints and billing surprises through  personalized digital onboarding for  Transaction Controls (CtC)

The transition to electronic invoicing has paved the way for both the digitization of companies, which have found themselves experimenting with specific digital technologies and solutions in very different fields, as it has led all companies to change their approach and ask themselves how to improve the relationship with customers.
Hence the need to rethink the moment of billing: instead of dealing with it as a simple mandatory and regulation fulfillment, it is better to integrate it into the customer experience offered to its customers, so that they live it better and, consequently, have a better relationship with the companies themselves.

Doxee’s participation was co-financed by the incentives provided by the European Fund for Regional Development (DGR N. 1270/2020 – POR FESR 2014-2020 – Asse 3), through a total contribution of €10,000, which supports Doxee in searching for European partners in the Utility sector who are interested in Doxee cloud services.
