Doxee presented today, during the Smart Tech Investor Day, its 2020 Sustainability Report, approved by the Board of Directors on March 25, 2021.

Sergio Muratori Casali, CEO of Doxee commented: “With our first Sustainability Report, we further strengthen our determination to continue the CSR path through comprehensive reporting of our management policies and performance related to the economic, environmental, and social dimensions of sustainability. We know that our growth must also be sustainable and cannot disregard the adoption of solutions that support the well-being of the society in which we live, and never forgetting the responsibility we have towards the people who work in our organization and the communities and the territory where we operate. We intend to consolidate the role we play in reducing environmental impacts and in improving people’s lives as a result. Doxee’s first Sustainability Report represents a strategic opportunity to make investors and stakeholders more aware of the extra-financial issues that are important in our company’s action plans.”

The 2020 Sustainability Report, which is prepared on a voluntary basis by reporting a selection of international standards from the “GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards” based on the “Referenced” reporting option, represents a further important step in the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility path. This supports our desire to continue to develop the business in a sustainable way, in a way that is both transparent and that takes the interests of stakeholders into account.

The pillars of Doxee’s sustainable development are based on accompanying and supporting the Digital Transformation of businesses and Public Administrations, reducing the Digital Divide of citizens by improving social welfare, optimizing document management and distribution processes, and dematerializing billing and storage processes.

To this end, and as an enabling factor, the management policies of Doxee’s business processes are of great importance. They consist of a High Level System Management Policy, which coordinates and connects all company policies, from the 231 Model, to the ISO 9001 and 27001 certifications, to the Safety Plan (D.Lgs 81/08), the Data Protection Management System (GDPR), the storage manual (AgID), the Business Continuity Management System, and the Environmental Management System (EMS) with ISO 14001 certification.

The attention to internal environmental issues and the simultaneous goal of improving the welfare of the community is also made concrete by the recent adoption of the ISO 14001 system, which ensures the management and control of environmental aspects related to Doxee products and services, with particular attention to energy consumption.

The 2020 Sustainability Report 2020 is available on www.doxee.com in the Sustainability section.
