Doxee has obtained the qualification of innovative company from BPI France, Banque Publique d’Investissement, a French public investment bank created by a joint venture between Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations and EPIC BPI-Groupe.

The qualification of “innovative company” is an instrument approved by the French AMF, Authorité des marchés financiers, aimed at allowing investment by a FCPI fund, Fonds Commun de Placement dans l’Innovation, in small and medium enterprises that place innovation at the heart of their development strategy. In particular, FCPI funds have the requirement to invest at least 70% of their assets in innovative SMEs that meet the eligibility criteria.

The evaluation process of the mandatory requirements and the examination of Doxee’s application by BPI France ended positively with the awarding of the qualification on July 11th, 2022.

Sergio Muratori Casali, CEO of Doxee, commented as follows: “We are proud to have obtained the qualification of innovative company by BPI France, conceived to reward the institutions characterized by a strong component of innovation, as it demonstrates the significant innovative character of Doxee and the constant commitment of the company in the field of research and development. Obtaining this certification confirms our attention to the international financial markets and it will allow us to expand our visibility towards the French market, in order to diversify the free float. Today we are taking a further step on our path, with the awareness and belief that innovation is one of the key components for the sustainable growth of a company”.
