On Tuesday, May 24, Doxee will sponsor CX Now 2022, the Italian event focusing on the Total eXperience

For 7 years CX NOW has been bringing together the CX / EX Community, offering the most engaging CX experiences, technology trends, and new business models. 

This year’s event will be in a hybrid format. More than100 professionals will be able to participate in  discussion tables and working tables involving the End-User Community of the Italian Customer/Employee eXperience, while the rest of the audience can follow the event in online mode. 

CXNow represents a unique opportunity to discover the latest technological innovations and to help companies develop a culture of CX.

 The main topics that will be addressed include:

Francesco Compiani, Doxee iX Product Manager, will take part in several CXNow events:

On May 24 at 9.00 am, he will take part in the first Discussion Table on the theme “Transforming data into business opportunities day by day.” In this session, he will talk about the difference between quantitative and qualitative data and the possibility of transforming qualitative data into business generators. 

Francesco will also join the second Discussion Table at 1:45 p.m. This session will focus on the theme “Creating empathy through a holistic and omnichannel strategy”, and he will address the need for companies to offer customers a good Customer Experience and to create and nurture these connections. 

Finally, at 15:30, he will participate in the Plenary Session on the theme of “Experience Management Strategy – Convergence between User Experience and Customer Experience.” During this session, Francesco will present the potential of Doxee Pvideo® for creating interactive and personalized communications with customers through personalized videos to convey messages in an efficient, compelling, and memorable way.
