Doxee S.p.A. – the leading high-tech multinational provider of Customer Communications Management and Customer Experience Management solutions – has stipulated an agreement with Bayerische Landesbank (BayernLB), the historic German bank operating in Bavaria, to implement the Doxee Platform®, its advanced Customer Communications Management (CCM) platform.

Under this partnership, Doxee will replace BayernLB’s current CCM solution with its advanced Doxee Platform® system. This implementation will enable the bank to revolutionize its document management, optimize its customer communication processes, improve its operational efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction with personalized, multichannel communications.

BayernLB, with head offices in Munich, is the main bank of the Free State of Bavaria and the central institution for Bavarian savings banks. It offers a full range of financial services for the Bavarian and German economies. It is committed to innovation and the digitalization of banking services, to assure an ever smoother and more personalized customer experience, focused on efficiency and security.

Doxee Platform® is a cloud-native solution which streamlines document management and supports omnichannel communication, from the creation to the distribution and archiving of communications across multiple channels. Its advanced automation and analytics tools enable financial institutions to transform data into value added relationships, reduce management times and improve the quality of customer services with unique and engaging experiences.

This collaboration represents a significant step in BayernLB’s digitalization strategy, leveraging a data-driven customer experience model to meet emerging requirements in the increasingly personalized banking industry.
