“2024 was a strategic year for Doxee S.p.A., marking, in particular, an important phase of growth and consolidation in our international expansion. After a 2023 characterized by technological and commercial integration, we further strengthened our position in Europe in the Digital Customer Experience (DCX) and Customer Communications Management (CCM) sectors.
One of the main success factors of this journey was the consolidation into a single company with a unified global structure. The acquisition of Infinica GmbH in 2022, an Austrian company specializing in software development in the CCM sector, now Doxee AT, was a key step in strengthening our presence in the DACH and CEE markets, extending our commercial and technological capabilities with the integration of cloud products into a single portfolio dedicated to supporting DCX. The reorganization process, initiated in 2023 and reinforced in 2024, led to the addition of new strategic figures in international management, consolidating the executive team to drive expansion and growth in these key markets.
The results of this strategy resulted in a significant growth of our customer portfolio, with the acquisition of new contracts and the renewal of multi-year agreements bringing our Net Retention Rate to a record level of 98%. This figure reflects the established trust and satisfaction of the companies that choose Doxee as their partner for the digitalization of their communication and customer experience processes. In addition, revenue growth in the DACH and CEE regions contributed to an overall increase in turnover compared to the first half of 2023, consolidating the strength of our business model.
2024 also marked a strategic milestone in the development of our pan-European technology platform, with the launch of the first release of the Integrated Doxee Platform. This advancement has made the platform even more scalable, flexible and capable of responding promptly and effectively to market demands. As a result of this evolution, we not only enhanced our support for direct customers, but also strengthened our ecosystem of partnerships and indirect channels, further reinforcing our international presence. The platform’s evolution has also improved our ESG offering, allowing companies to certify and optimize their sustainability goals in the management of digital communications.
Our Value Proposition was strengthened along three strategic lines. On the one hand, an increasingly targeted focus on the Enterprise market in Italy and the DACH and CEE regions, with increasing specialization in the Telco, Utilities, Finance and Public Administration sectors. On the other hand, a sharper focus on the development of Phygital, fostering an increasingly effective integration of physical and digital communication. Finally, our entry into major global ecosystems – from Salesforce to SAP and Microsoft – has further strengthened our role as a leading technology provider in CCM and CXM.
