Agreement with Generali Seguros SA to implement a Customer Communication Management solution for Generali in Portugal

Doxee S.p.A. – a leading high-tech multinational provider of Customer Communications Management and Customer Experience Management solutions – announces its agreement with Generali Seguros S.A., to implement Doxee’s Customer Communications Management (CCM) solution in support of Generali’s company in Portugal.

The agreement includes the adoption of Doxee’s solution that will enable Generali in Portugal to transform and optimize its customer communications management through the creation of interactive documents, effective multi-channel communication and advanced integration with digital archiving systems. The project is part of Generali’s broader digital transformation strategy defined by Generali GOSP, the Generali company specializing in the management of technology platforms for the insurance group, aimed at improving the customer experience through innovative technologies and automated processes.

Doxee CCM is a cloud-native solution that enables companies to create, customize and deliver highly engaging and interactive communications. Thanks to advanced automation, analytics and data management tools, insurance companies can optimize the customer journey, ensuring effective communication in line with their customers’ needs.

The agreement with Generali Seguros S.A. confirms the company’s ability to attract top-tier customers in the insurance industry. Doxee has in fact been involved in the insurance industry for years, offering companies innovative technology solutions to develop a customer-centric digital customer experience.
