Service Digital Strategist
Doxee S.p.A. is an high-tech and international company specialized products for Customer Communications Management (CCM), Digital Customer Experience and Dematerialization.
You will be hired in our iX division managing relationship with our customer and driving them in digital transformation projects.
You will be in charge of:
- Understanding client digital ecosystem and working on its development;
- Supporting clients in the improvement of their customer journey, through Doxee products;
- Cooperating with our technical team during implementation of our solutions;
- Scheduling and leading workshop with customers and stakeholders;
- Creating service maps and proposing improvements;
- Identifying resources and methodologies to develop existing approaches.
More about you:
- You have at least 3 year work experience in same role;
- You have experience on digital products as websites, apps and video from ux designing to technical development;
- You know Service Design Platforms, Design Thinking Methodologies;
- You have analytical approach;
- You have a technical background which permits you to speak with internal and external IT and Marketing department;
- You are able to manage relationship with the client;
- You have a good business sense
- You speak good English.
