Whistleblowing: what to do
For circumstantiated reports of unlawful conduct, relevant under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 and based on precise and concordant factual elements, and/or possible violations of the Company’s Model, of which the recipients have become aware by reason of the functions performed, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 179/2017 (so-called whistleblowing), the company has set up a suitable channel to ensure the confidentiality of the reporter’s identity: stefano.domenichini@studio.le.it.
