Graduated in Economics from the University of Modena, she has built her career in auditing by collaborating with the main international auditing firms such as KPMG and EY.

She  has extensive experience in administrative management and control with a particular focus on financial flows, having served as CFO, also   in complex and restructuring situations.

Expert in leadership, Silvia places a strong emphasis on training and growth of internal resources.
