Whistleblowing

Whistleblowing: how to do it

Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023, on the “Implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and on the protection of persons who report breaches of national laws”, significantly extended the scope of application of the regulations on whistleblowing, which were previously limited, for the private sector, only to entities equipped with an Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.

Doxee S.p.A. had already equipped itself with a system for the management of violation reports, and in light of recent regulatory changes, has revised the logic and tools for making and managing them.
