RWE Czech Republic Branch Implements Doxee Cloud-Based Solution For Customer Communications/Output Management

Central European gas and electric utility leverages the cost, efficiency and flexibility advantages of the Doxee SaaS solution to boost its customer communications and output management

Modena, Italy, February 16, 2016 – RWE, one of Europe’s five leading electricity and gas companies, has implemented the cloud-based Doxee Enterprise Communications Platform to manage the customer communications and output management operations of its Czech Republic branch. RWE expects the new software-as-a service (SaaS) solution will boost its efficiency and flexibility, while enabling better cost controls.

Doxee meets the rigorous performance and data security requirements we have for our most business-critical applications, and delivers all the benefits of the cloud,” added Vitek Burda, IT manager, RWE Czech Republic Branch. “We expect to lower our IT costs, have faster upgrades, improve our efficiency and integrate with cloud applications that enhance the customer experience.”

RWE’s Doxee solution is provided from a data center in the Czech Republic managing yearly production of 13 million printed pages, 16.6 million archived pages and more than 300,000 email pages, including print and electronic invoices, customer care correspondence and marketing campaigns. According to Burda, RWE is considering deploying more Doxee solutions in the near future: eDoxTM Interactive Communications for interactions and deeper engagements with transactional statement and invoice data on the Web, and Doxee Personalized Video for enhancing communications with video.
