Doxee to Partner with Informatica Cloud

Partnership speeds Onboarding to Doxee’s Native Cloud CCM-CX Platform.

Enabling fast onboarding and efficient, secure connections from the Doxee Customer Communications Management (CCM) / Customer Experience (CX) cloud platform to other leading enterprise cloud solutions, Doxee today announced its partnership with Informatica for use of its Informatica Cloud iPaaS offering. As part of its data acquisition and distribution phases, Doxee is bundling Informatica’s solution in order to connect to a greater number of data sources for input/output, including SAP and Salesforce, in addition to the built-in OOTB channels.

Doxee’s worldwide business partners will use Informatica Cloud to enable a direct connection with cloud and legacy source systems by creating data integration workflows including standard Informatica connectors and the new connector to the Doxee Platform. Doxee also will distribute its connector on the Informatica Cloud marketplace.

Faster onboarding is a clear benefit resulting from this partnership. Using Informatica Cloud together with the Doxee solution eliminates the need for custom code development and provides compliance with industry-standard data integration techniques, best-of-breed connector tools, and secure, private data transfer.
