Paolo Cavicchioli is Doxee’s President and co-founder, together with Sergio Muratori Casali. An experienced engineer and corporate leader, Cavicchioli has more than 20 years of experience in the digital communications industry.
After completing a degree in Computer Engineering at the University of Modena in 1995, Cavicchioli began his career within the Venturini Group, rising to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) just two years later.
In 2001, he joined with Sergio Muratori Casali to create Doxee (formerly Ebilling S.p.A.), focused on CCM and digital document management and production. Together with Muratori Casali, Cavicchioli continues to provide strategic leadership to Doxee as it expands into new markets.
Cavicchioli is a member of the board of directors of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, considered one of the best universities in Italy for teaching and research.
Sergio Muratori Casali co-founded Doxee with Paolo Cavicchioli. As President, he leads the execution of the company’s global strategy.
After completing a degree in Economics at the University of Modena in 1993, he began his professional career in various sales and marketing roles with the Venturini Group, a leader in typography and industrial printing. In 1996, he became responsible for business development for the company’s Services division, focusing on business communication outsourcing with an emphasis on the telecommunications and utilities markets. This experience gave him the opportunity to work with some of the most important start-ups to come out of the liberalization of the telecommunications industry in Italy (e.g. Omnitel, Infostrada, Wind and Fastweb).
In 2001, he joined with Paolo Cavicchioli to create Ebilling S.p.A., focused on the emerging technology of digital document management and production. In 2012, the company was rebranded as Doxee to accommodate its development as an international leader in digital document and customer communications management. Together with Cavicchioli, Muratori Casali continues to provide strategic leadership to Doxee as it expands into new markets.
Graduate in Economics and Business from the University of Bologna. From September 1996 to April 2011, he held the positions of Head of Finance and Control, Finance Manager and Group Financial Controller at major ICT companies such as Sysdata and Think3;
Since 2011, he has been CFO at Doxee S.p.a., gaining direct experience in stock exchange listing procedures and extraordinary financial transactions.
Graduate of the University of Naples in Political Science. In 2006 he obtained a Master in Communication and Marketing for the web and new media at the Business School of the University of Enterprise;
Since 2006 he has held various roles in the Marketing and Digital area of different multinational companies in the following sectors: Telco and Cloud, E-commerce, AI and e-learning, as: KPNQwest (now Irideos), Expert System, and Cloud Academy.
In 2018 he joined Doxee as Global Marketing Director and mainly deals with CRM, Marketing Automation, and the implementation of online and offline marketing programs.
Graduate in Computer Engineering at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, worked as System & Network Administrator at CeDoc of Modena;
In 2007 he joined Doxee (first eBilling S.p.a.) and held the positions of R&D Project Manager, Product Manager of CCM products, R&D Manager until he became Director of Product Management.

From February 1999 to July 2013 he held various positions in important communication and telecommunications companies such as Vodafone.
Since September 2013, he has been working at Doxee, initially in the Demand Area, then as Head of the Service Desk, and finally as Director.
