Service Manager – SaaS

Doxee S.p.A. is an high-tech and international company specialized products for  Customer Communications Management (CCM), Digital Customer Experience and Dematerialization.

Position description:

You will be hired in our service management department  and reporting to the Service Management manager you will manage our customers in monitoring and solving eventual issues in the work of our platform.

You will be in charge of :

  • Managing and planning post sales activities;
  • Managing the process of developing, and work team;
  • Managing different tickets on the base of their priority;
  • Organizing and managing service review meetings, process analysis to improve customer satisfaction;
  • Relationship with clients and with our service desk team in troubleshooting activities;
  • Client management;
  • Pre-sales activities;
  • Monitoring SLA and KPI. 

More about you:

  • You have at least 3 year work experience in same role;
  • You have experience on Saas products;
  • You have a technical background which permits you to speak with internal and external IT department;
  • You are able to manage relationship with the client;
  • You have a good business sense.
