Product Manager Digital Services
Milan or Modena - Full Time Job
Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, this position will join our team developing our Interactive Experience product line which includes several cloud capabilities leading our customer’s digital transformation initiatives, such as Personalized Video. The position will contribute to the strategic decisions, the construction, and the go-to-market of Doxee’s Platform.
The primary responsabilities are:
Defining products and services part of Doxee’s Interactive Experience portfolio in terms of capabilities, pricing, promotion, and go-to-market strategy;
Product P&L ownership;
Collecting intelligence from the competitors, prospects, customers, partners, and analysts to drive informed strategic decisions;
Enabling Sales Team to effectively oversee the market providing market insight, marketing materials and sales support including pre-sales activities;
Promoting products and foster thought leadership within and outside the organization;
Defining make/buy/partners strategies to implement the products and services following market requirements and the internal factory’s technical capabilities;
Creating and maintaining an optimized and logically sequenced roadmap;
Working closely with engineering teams, design, and program manage in an agile environment to deliver products to market;
Anticipating and resolving strategic issues that impair the team’s ability to deliver;
Leading cross-functionally to ensure the product vision is implemented effectively;
Evaluating the business opportunity and application of new and emerging technologies.
Experience with leading implementation strategies or product roadmap of Digital services (e.g. Marketing Automation, Customer Journey Orchestration, Voice of the Customer, CRM, Analytics);
Experience with leading implementation strategies or product roadmap of AI solutions;
Previous experience as a Pre-Sales Manager, Pre-Sales Technical Consultant, or Digital Project Delivery;
Passion for developing, maintaining, end evolving a product;
Familiarity with the IT Analyst community (e.g. Forrester, Gartner, IDC), especially regarding Customer Experience solutions;
Ability to work with a flexible schedule to accommodate multiple time zones;
Ability to travel internationally for up to 2 weeks;
A propensity for learning and coaching junior technical people.
The position will be based in Modena, Italy.
